About Us

Peace Officer / Jail Chaplains Association is a non-profit organization ministering through the power and truth of Jesus Christ

POJCA provides chaplain services for the   Cass County, ND Sheriff’s Department and Cass County Jail.

Chaplains may be called at any time to assist either an employee or a private citizen dealing with painful situations. The untimely news of a death is shared by the chaplain along side the officer on duty.

Cass County Jail administration is favorable to faith based programs ministering in the jail. Chaplains are assigned to a pod and minister much like a pastor: as many as 48 prisoners live in a pod.

Chaplains bring the love of Jesus to each pod spending time visiting, praying and caring for inmates. Services and Bible studies are held weekly along with other programs.
